My Teacher Pablo | Signature Programs

1. Payment

All programs are paid monthly in advance. Classes begin once full payment has been received. Team programs require a single payment covering the entire group; individual or partial payments cannot be accepted.

2. Rescheduling with notice

Classes may be rescheduled at no cost with at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled start time. A maximum of two (2) reschedules per month is permitted.

3. Late cancellations and no-shows

Classes cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, will be considered delivered. These classes are not eligible for refund or rescheduling.

4. Unused classes

Classes must be used within the paid month. Unused classes do not carry over to the following month and are non-refundable.

5. Team programs

Team classes take place as scheduled as long as at least one participant attends. Participants who miss a class are not entitled to an individual make-up session. A private session may be booked separately at the Signature Private Coaching rate.

6. Instructor cancellations

If Pablo needs to cancel a class, it will always be rescheduled at a mutually convenient time, at no cost to the client.

7. Acceptance

By completing payment, the client confirms that they have read and accepted these terms.

8. Adding participants

New participants may join an existing program at any time, up to a maximum of five (5) participants per group. Because classes progress quickly, we recommend that new participants have a similar level of Spanish to the current group. If their level differs, the current participants may choose to review previous material while the new participant catches up. Pricing will be adjusted to the new group size starting the following billing month.

9. Group level

To ensure every participant gets the most out of each class, all members of a team must share a similar level of Spanish (beginner, intermediate or advanced) when the program begins. Each participant will complete a brief level assessment before the first class. If levels differ significantly, Pablo may recommend forming separate groups or taking private sessions.

10. Assessments

The initial level assessment is complimentary. Progress assessments with a written report are available upon request for $75 per participant.

11. Materials

No textbooks required. Pablo teaches with his own method, developed over 30 years, with extensive practice in every lesson. All you need is a notebook and your full attention.

12. Refunds

All payments are non-refundable once the monthly program has begun. Requests made before the first class of the month will be reviewed case by case.

13. Chargebacks

Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback without first contacting Pablo will result in immediate termination of services.

14. Ending the program

Programs renew monthly. Clients may stop at any time by giving notice before the next payment date. Pablo may also end the program with written notice.

15. Learning progress

Learning a language is a gradual process that advances level by level. Progress is measured in hours of class completed, not in calendar months. For example, a participant taking 2 hours per week completes 8 hours per month. Reaching 32 hours of instruction would take about four calendar months, while an intensive schedule of 8 hours per week would reach it in just one. Regular attendance, completing assignments and consistent practice are essential. Specific results or timelines cannot be guaranteed.

16. Confidentiality

All information shared during classes is kept strictly confidential.

17. Limitation of liability

Pablo's total liability is limited to the amount paid for the current month.

18. Recordings

Classes may not be recorded without prior written consent from all parties.

19. Technical issues

If a class is interrupted due to a technical issue on Pablo's side, it will be fully rescheduled. Technical issues on the client's side are treated as late cancellations.
