Terms of service

These terms apply to purchases of digital products (ebook, audiobook) and online Spanish sessions from My Teacher Pablo.

Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars (USD). Payments are processed securely by PayPal, which also accepts major credit and debit cards where available. We never see or store your card details.

Sessions

Sessions are held online, one-on-one, through Microsoft Teams. After you choose a day and time and your payment is confirmed, you receive an email with the date, time and meeting link. Times are shown in your own time zone.

Digital products

The ebook and audiobook are for your personal use. Please do not share, resell or redistribute them.

Cancellation and rescheduling

You can reschedule or cancel a session yourself, free of charge, from the link in your confirmation email up to 24 hours before it starts.

Inside that window the link no longer allows changes; please write to the email address in your confirmation message and we will do our best to help.

If a session is cancelled, the session credit returns to your order so you can choose another time.

Sessions that are missed without notice are considered taken.

Refund policy

Sessions: if you cancel inside the allowed window (24 hours before the start) you can reschedule, or ask for a refund of the unused session.

Digital products: the ebook and audiobook are delivered instantly after payment, so refunds are reviewed case by case. If you have any problem with your file, write to the email address in your confirmation message and we will fix it.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method through PayPal. Depending on your bank, it may take a few business days to appear.

Privacy policy

We respect your privacy. This is what we collect and why.

What we collect

Name and email (to deliver your purchase and sessions), optional notes you write, your country as reported by PayPal, and the details of your orders and bookings.

Payments

Payments are handled by PayPal. We never receive your card number.

Emails

We send you your confirmation, receipt, the files you bought, and reminders about your sessions. We do not send marketing emails unless you ask for them.

Visits

We count visits in an anonymous, aggregated way (no advertising cookies, no personal profile) to understand which pages and channels bring students. We keep the source of your first visit in your browser to attribute a purchase to it.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We only share what is needed with PayPal (payments), Microsoft (Teams meetings) and our email provider.

Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data by writing to the email address in your confirmation message.
